The Columbia Rehabilitation Clinic, Inc. is a comprehensive out-patient rehabilitative facility dedicated to the treatment of patients in need of physical restoration. Established in 1977, our clinic was the first private outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation facility in Columbia, South Carolina.

Our rehabilitation clinics provide physical rehabilitation and therapy services for disorders that are orthopaedic, neurological, arthritic, pulmonary, cardiovascular, and sports related injuries. The primary goal of our clinics is to provide the patient, through Physical and Occupational Therapy, an opportunity to achieve his or her maximum level of independence.
