Neurological Rehabilitation
The Physical and Occupational therapists at Columbia Rehabilitation Clinic are experienced and trained in treating the neurological disorders featured below with our primary goal of allowing the patient to achieve their maximum level of independence through an exercise program of strengthening, stretching, balance, and Activities of Daily Living (ADL). We strongly believe in the team approach to include the family and other ancillary medical personnel when indicated. Neurological disorders include but are not limited to:
- Stroke
- Head injury
- Alzheimer's disease
- Injury to the spinal cord resulting in paralysis
- Parkinson's
